Rainer Consulting is an independent practice working across people strategy, learning and development, and sales enablement. Founded by Sean Adams after more than a decade inside luxury and premium retail, now working with companies across various sizes and stages.

How we think about growth

Growth tends to outpace the systems around it. Teams get bigger before roles get clearer, and culture gets diluted. Our work helps clients catch up to their own momentum without losing what made them worth building in the first place.

How we work

Every engagement starts with listening, through interviews, observation, and time on the floor. From there, we build in partnership, whether the work is solving something that's stuck or building for what's coming next. Deliverables are experiential, and we spend real time on the why behind what we design so the work is easy to carry forward and keeps making sense after we've handed it over.

About Sean

Sean Adams leads the practice. A generalist by preference, moving easily between executive strategy and what happens on the floor, and willing to change course when the work calls for it. He's built training and operating rhythms inside Aesop, Burberry, Le Labo, and Abel, and remains actively engaged in the field of adult learning, currently working toward the ATD CPTD credential.
